ZL?!!

 Tuesday-

We finally got to go outside to go to the Provo City Center Temple and it didn't feel real. But Tuesday night after my p-day was over we had our General Authority Devotional and Kristin M. Yee the second councilor of Relief Society talked to us eight after she talked in Conference so we were all excited. She talked a lot about growth and to not get too comfortable where you are and always continue to grow. We had a district review after which was good. But like the title of the email says after our district review our branch president asked to talk to me and my comp and assigned us to be the ZL's of our branch till we leave.

Wednesday-
My tagalog is kinda clicking now. Me and Elder Caldon finally finished the first vision in Tagalog today and passed it off with sis Alves. In tutoring we now have 2 teachers so it is nice because they take half of the class each so its a little more personal and not as many people shouting in class. We got new roommates they're alright. Me and Elder Grow shadowed our ZL's and kinda learned the ropes of what to do.

Thursday-
Honestly frek this day. I was in a bad mood all day and I don't even remember why. We shadowed our ZL's again and that was about it.

Friday-
We had another meeting we had to go to because we are new Zone Leaders but it was nice. Today was Elder Hoover's birthday and I finally used my card to buy something from the MTC store. I tried to teach myself some more tagalog today which was fun it was honestly really helpful just to read it from the book so I could go at my own pace. I played some basketball and was cooking up.

Saturday-
Today I woke up kinda sick which is dumb but whatever. We decided to have an English fast today which was so hard. It really only lasted till lunch because we were all sick of the language but it was fun till while it lasted. We've been playing a lot of mafia and signs as a district at night. It's been made fun.

Sunday-
Fast Sunday Baby! Sunday in the MTC is such a surreal feeling. Especially since we fasted this week. In our branch we got New branch Missionaries the Holmes. They just finished their calling of being the New York, New York City mission president. I sat next to him during Elders quorum and got the impression to ask him for his favorite talk of all time. He led me to Elder Holland's "Safety to the Soul" talk given in October 2009, he said to "Listen" to it and "Listen" to how Holland talks. This week's Go & Do's topic was Strengthening my testimony in the Book of Mormon. So during our personal study time I read Hollonds talk and President Benson's talk "The Book of Mormon--Keystone of Our Religion." These 2 talks alone have changed and strengthened my testimony of the Book of Mormon so much more than I could have ever imagined. If you have not I would invite you to listen and read both of these talks.

Monday-
Nothing Crazy again we had another HOA in Tagalog and it was so funny and bad we just asked the most random questions and blanked on so many different words. Played some more basketball. Blocked Elder Hess in my district (He's 6'7).

Love all of you! I pray for yall daily. I hope you all have an amazing week this week.
Feel free to email me. It can get kind of lonely. Photos from the Mish.

Elder Noa Gibson likes to draw. He def got the jaw line right!

A cool mural that I know my mom would like.
