The Rapstoration - Elder O

 Merry Christmas everyone! Hope yall had a great Christmas. My week was dope here.


Monday we went and played volleyball with our district it was alr. They aren't the most athletic group of elders but we still had fun.

Tuesday was Christmas Eve and we had a curfew of 6 pm. We were able to still go out and had 6 great teachings. That night our DL came over and we had a nice dinner and we played a lot of games. We also watched the Christmas Devo as a mission on zoom. Our DL slept over too.

Wednesday. Christmas was like any other day tbh. It was still a fun day but we still went out to work and had some more great teachings. That night we had a mission wide Talent show. There were some weird talents but everyone is different I guess 😅.

Thursday was a great and terrible day. We started off so hot in the morning and had a lot of teachings. Then when it hit about 5 we just got punted and punted and punted. It was really sad but we stayed persistent and ended up with 10 teachings for the day.

Friday and Saturday well meh.
I've realized I suck at putting spiritual stuff in here so...
This week we extended 2 baptismal dates one accepted and the other said he would pray about it which is dope. We also have a baptism this weekend and it's been really fun using different words in Tagalog this week as we finish up the teachings.

Time Travel to the Philippines

 He made it!  I can't wait until Sunday night to hear how it really went and all the adventures it took to get them all there.  But, this much I know...They left around 11:30 on a bus to the Trax Station where they got on in Provo and went straight up to the airport.  Sophie jumped on in Lehi and travelled with them all.  She took him some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies.  They got up to airport, checked in their luggage, and went through security without any problems that I know of.  They had until 6pm to eat and play some games.  I sent a mini Bop-It, Simon and some UNO Cards for them to play while they waited.  They all got on without any problems and flew to LAX.  This is where it all gets sketchy... I'm alive I promise

  Kamusta po everyone! Yeah so sorry for not emailing last week kinda caught up with everything here at the mtc but im chilling now. Anyways, I'll try to catch you all up to speed. Home MTC Home mtc was a blessing. I loved getting to know my Companion and my district over zoom before in person because I am mad awkward. My Companion is Elder Grow, He is from Morgan Utah, he plays soccer and is such a dope dude. My district is so cool I will probably talk about them a lot in the following weeks. But home mtc was nice the first day was such a spiritual high it was amazing. That next week was cool. There were definitely some ups and downs but having the constant companion of the holy ghost is such a surreal feeling and is something I hope stays with me for the rest of my life. Not much really happened during this week, it was really just to get to know my district. Provo MTC 1st week!   Hello po! What's up y'all. Hope you all are doing well! The MTC has been such a fun experience thus far. This last week was definitely a rollercoaster but it was all good. So Tuesday night we had our Big Devotional we have every Tuesday. This week's Devotion was amazing, Brian K. Taylor from the Quorum of the Seventy came and talked to us. His messages were truly amazing. He shared a quote from President Ezra Taft Benson: "If you have the Spirit (Holy Ghost) in your life, you will achieve your righteous desires. And if you don't you won't!" I just thought that this quote was truly amazing and so simple that I would share. We have another Devotional Tonight and we are all super excited because this weekend is General Conference so we have a hunch that it might be one of the 12 tonight since they should all be in town!!   Wednesday was a long day.
