Zone Conference

Here are some pictures that Sister Scholl's put on her FB page of David's Zone Conference. We are excited to hear all about it next week. We noticed in this last picture that David and Elder Hayborn were missing.  Pretty Sus! 😉 I asked her if that meant that they were the "bad" Elders because they weren't helping. She laughed and said no, and said that they were done and already out working on the next thing. She was very proud of them.

What up Gang! Hope all is well with whatever you are doing. Hope yall had an amazing week. I actually did something this week, soo... For starters last Monday we had our District P-Day. We went to the falls here in Sariaya, it was dope. The only down side to the whole thing was that it was raining basically the whole time and I didn't bring an umbrella lol. Basically felt like I went swimming. I crossed the rocks near the falls and ate it on some rock. We came home and I took a fat nap. Went on exchanges with the other Elders in our District. I went on exchanges with Elder Haymore from my MTC District. It was super fun. Neither one of us are really that great at tagalog but we made it work 🤣. We taught what we knew how to teach. We also had 14 teachings, so not to bad for two, third cycle missionaries learning a language I guess.  On Valentines day there was a ton of people out and about. It was just like any other day but I thought what better way to show God's Love than t...

I don't want to write this tbh with yall. But I love yall so here's a quick update. Nothing crazy really happened this week. We had a Zone wide meeting on Tuesday where the AP's gave a workshop on managing baptism which was fun.  I've realized that me and my Comp Elder Alalan are a lot alike. He's so dope fr. We're getting along really well. This cycle has been full of the spirit so far and it's been really nice. A down side is that I can feel the power of the devil more but it's alright because my God is stronger fr. The rest of the week was pretty chill tbh. Sorry for the shorter email. I'll do more stuff this week for yall lol. Spiritual Thought: Knowledge  I started studying the Christlike Attribute of Knowledge this week and most of what I studied circled back to the other Christlike Attribute of Humility. Made me realize how important being humble is. Elder Richard G. Scott said, "Humility is essential to the acquiring of spiritual knowle...

Letsss gett itttttt! Whaddup gang! Been a longer week for me but it's also been such a fun week! Monday we got transfer news! And... I'm now in Sariaya! Yes my 3rd cycle, 3rd area, and surprisingly my 3rd zone too lol. Lucky for me my travel wasn't that far. Only about a 40 minute travel. Went from one side of Lucena to the other. I honestly thought I was going to stay in Pagbilao another cycle but it's all good because it is God's plan not mine.  Elder Tuiatua had a departing FHE Tuesday night so I was with Elder Santos until Wednesday night. Wednesday night we went to our favourite family (Pedegloria) that we've been teaching all cycle. They are my absolute favourite, it was kinda a sad lesson and they gave us gifts since we both got transferred. The whole point in my saying this is because before we left we asked them how they felt about baptism for the 3rd time. And they accepted a date. February 23rd. So hype! Keep them in your prayers pls. Thursday I met ...
