Training!

What's up yall! I hope you had an amazing week this week. Definitely been a new journey over here recently, training.

This week has been crazy mixed with emotions. When I got here last week I knew that I was white washing (again) but, what I didn't know is that we we're re-opening the area. So a first for me. Have been finding a whole lot this week, just trying to find people to teach. Definitely been stressful but capable.

Its been a fun time though going through all the training stuff again with Elder Estioco. Learning a lot more stuff that I didn't learn while training. Has been a crazy change having to teach most of the lesson, not being that good at the language and help my comp be comfortable as we are out and about as he adjustes to missionary life.

The work has been really great though. Being able to train and shape Elder Estioco and help him be a great missionary had been fun. Being a consecrated missionary and always keeping a smile on my face even when its tuff has been really life changing. Over the last week I think I have felt the Lords hand more in my life than the last 8 months that I've been out. There's something super spiritual about just losing yourself and thinking of the other children of God and wanting to help them.

We had cycle interview's this week for some reason. They were really early this cycle but definitely a blessing to talk to Sister and President Scholl. They both gave me some great advice on how to just be better missionary and a better disciple of Jesus Christ.

Us and Sister Scholl

I am currently in Lipa ward 2. Our church is the stake center for Lipa stake. Its a pretty nice church. Lipa is a massive city which is new to me but it has been fun. There's a ton of people here and a lot of potential. We are next to a lake and a lot of mountain surround us so P-days will be fun lol.

Spiritual Thought: ummm

So a Spiritual thought I had was about my "why." Why am I serving a mission. Before I came on a mission I didnt really have a "why" it was kinda just the thing to do and all my friends were doing it. I think its fun yo think about life and as we grow up how our "why" for life changes. For example my reason or "why" I'm still here on a mission is because of my Love for our Heavenly Father. So I want to help His children come back to Him. But while I was working out before the mission my "why" was to get big for rugby season and evetually in the future it will change again. So my invitation for you is to find a deeper meaning or "why" you are doing something currently.

Love yall! Have a great week!
