Poly People - STNDRD
So I decided, I'm going to write a email every other week, that way its a little more exciting and interesting to read. And then I forgot to send this last week. Sorry mom...
But this one will be good.
I got to go on Exchanges with the GOAT Elder Vuki, in my old area Pagbilao. It was a great time to see some old members and work with them. Elder Vuki is on his first cycle and lowkey his tagalog is better than mines. He's dumb smart. He's from New Zealand. I got this Poly curse I swear haha.

For P-Day we went on this little hike to these falls in Majayjay. It was dope. I love the Nature part of the Philippines for real. It makes me realize of God's Beautiful creation for us and how detailed everything is. Also made some cool rock cairns.

Last week was not a very good week to be honest. I woke up Tuesday with Nasal Problems, I thought it was going to be fine but just got worse. Wednesday I woke up like that again, but as the day went on my throat started to swell up. I had a terrible head ache all day becuase of it. I thought that it would go away through the night, woke up feeling alright Friday, but it just got worse. My throat was more swollen and just couldn't swallow anything. It started to get better that night so I thought maybe Saturday I would be good. Then.... I went to the Hospital Saturday Morning becuase my Throat was still swollen haha. The Doc gave me some meds and I'm doing better now.
We did have 3 baptisms last week though!

This week was Transfer week. I lowkey thought I would stay in Lucena again... but I guess the Lord has different plans for me haha. I got Transferred to Calamba 2a. My Comp is Elder Anderson. We actually lived together last cycle in Lucena and now we're comps. He's dope, we're really similar, he's for real just like Ben so we get along pretty well. He's from Tooele Utah. Also my first White Comp!
This week has been kinda rough. We came into this area and there wasn't really a teaching pool so we've been finding a lot. Also its Bagyo season which means nonstop rain, and it floods here, so we've been dealing with that too. But beside that this area has a lot of potential. On Friday, we went to the church and said some prayers for some people who had to evacuate from their houses. Real humbling experience. And then Elder Anderson Got sick and we couldn't work Saturday but its okay becuase we're going to grind this week.

Just a little Quote I heard this week I thought I'd share too.
"Life is not about doing things perfectly, but about doing things intentionally."
It made me think about my work here, especially since I'm almost a year into my mission and sometimes feel like I haven't done enough. I think it's a great reminder that it's not about being perfect, but about putting our hearts into what we do. When we act with an intention, our actions become more meaningful, and we can find peace in our efforts as we trust in the Lord to magnify them.
Love You Guys! Have a great week! Here's the pics V
