Lagi - Skusta Clee
Hey everyone! Sorry forgot to write this last week... but the last 3 weeks have been a great time. It also flew by.
Soo 3 weeks ago was a good week. I was kinda sick at the start of the week, spent some hours on the toilet, but it all came out eventually. On the 10th we had cycle Interviews with Pres. I asked for some advice and he told me, "Don't Hide Your Potential."
Some wise words from a wise man. Discovering our potential is key to unlocking our path forward. I came to that realisation this week. It's not always easy, as self-doubt and insecurity can block our way as satan doesn'twant that for us, but once we notice it and put effort into it, it's exciting to see where our newfound understanding will take us.
Since the start of this cycle with Elder Apanitan, I've been super excited to be his companion, because his perspective on missionary work is incredible. One of the smartest missionaries in our mission.
I've had the opportunity to work with him on a project he's been working on. It's a workshop we presented at Zone Confrence. A little summary of the workshop is about creating a new culture. Our objective was to help missionaries create a more Healthy and Christlike atmosphere, starting with companionship's, which would eventually also spill out to the whole mission. A huge focus on companionship's, how to better get along and work together as one. This workshop was also focused on our futures. Wanting to build a culture for future generations here in the mission, for new missionaries, and for us and our own future generations. Pointing out how the mission is a great time to prepare ourselves to become better Husbands and Wives, Fathers and Mothers, disciples of Christ...
This last week was very fun. Had the chance to travel to Santa Cruz and spend p-day there even though we didnt do much. We slept over there to prepare for San Pablo Zone Confrence. San Pablo Zone Con was a great time, been able to see all of the mission and all the friends. A ton of fun.
We also received a Golden Referral last week. Sister Riea, she wants to be Baptized but wants to build her testimony first. Her first question to us was about The Endowment. I'm pretty sure shes better at scriptures then me too. Please pray for her to strengthen her testimony!
We were also supposed to have Lipa Zone Confrence on Thursday, but a Bagyo went through Lipa so it got cancelled. We didn't know it was cancelled until we were already in Lipa, so we had to turn around and head home.
