Sowing Seeds In San Pablo

  Merry Christmas everyone! Hope yall had a great Christmas. My week was dope here. Monday we went and played volleyball with our district it was alr. They aren't the most athletic group of elders but we still had fun. Tuesday was Christmas Eve and we had a curfew of 6 pm. We were able to still go out and had 6 great teachings. That night our DL came over and we had a nice dinner and we played a lot of games. We also watched the Christmas Devo as a mission on zoom. Our DL slept over too. Wednesday. Christmas was like any other day tbh. It was still a fun day but we still went out to work and had some more great teachings. That night we had a mission wide Talent show. There were some weird talents but everyone is different I guess 😅. Thursday was a great and terrible day. We started off so hot in the morning and had a lot of teachings. I got transferred!  What up gang! Officially 1 cycle down in the field. Im doing great still, still learning each and everyday. Last monday we got transfer news and I didn't think I was going to get transferred but I guess I was wrong lol. I got transferred off Marinduque, Boac and am now in Lucena, Pagbilao A. My new comp is another Samoan too! Elder Tuiatua from Australia. Somehow I've gotten 2 out of like the 5 polys in the mission. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday were basically all the same, packed Tuesday and tried Balut finally, Wednesday stayed in Mogpog for the day and said bye to Elder Pogai, and Thursday just traveled to my new area. Friday was my first day of work here and we extended a baptismal invitation. It was so dope and we had so many great teachings.  Saturday we had our ward christmas party. Grateful For The Blessings - 🤷‍♂️ Wassup yall! Another week in the books. Officially 1 cycle done in the field. This week was a really good week too. Monday we went golfing here on the island and it was so dope. It was a dope course, nothing crazy but the hazards were cows which was funny. Once we got there it started to just absolutely pour down rain so we just played through it 🤣. The rain was actually nice though it kept us cool. Tuesday was just basically a travel day. We had DCM in Buenavista which is a 2 hour jeep ride and then 2 hour DCM then 2 hours back. We extended to Tatay Apollo too. Went on exchanges with Elder Fuhriman in Buenavista Friday. He is only on his 2nd cycle 💀. It was a great time though. We got 10 teachings in and survived the day. Saturday we had a great teaching day. I also Finished the Book of Mormon that night. I started it November 14th and made it my goal for this cycle to finish it. I absolutely love that book. Actually reading it has been really fun....

 I suck at emailing yall im not going to lie. Anyways hope yall had an amazing week. Here's how mine went. Monday We traveled to Lucena for Zone Conference in the morning which is on the main island so we had to catch a 3 hour boat ride which was dope. Then we went straight to S&R which is basically the Costco of the philippines there literally the same. Then we went to SM which is just a massive mall and stayed there for like 7 hours. Played arcade, Shot some bows, Bought stuff and ate Dairy Queen 😁. Tuesday Had Zone Conference which was dope. I got to see some of batch mates which was fun. Zone Conference itself wasn't the craziest just workshops. There was a little Christmas presentation for this Zone Conference which was cool. Some missionaries sang. That night me and my batch mates traveled to the mission home because we had to go to Manila the next day for our visa stuff.  Yo whats up yall! This has been a pretty dope week. Monday we went down to Gasan for P-day and chilled with the district and caught the sunset and it was really pretty. Wednesday they lit the giant christmas tree in the plaza here in Boac. It was dope. I got cat called like crazy that night there was a ton of people. Thursday was Thanksgiving. Our senior missionaries in our area invited us over and we had a Thanksgiving dinner. It made me kinda home sick this being the first holiday without the fam but it was a great dinner. I'm thankful for so many things. Especially my family and friends and this wonderful Gospel. We've had a great week of teaching and the language is slowly coming along. We found 12 new interested friends this week and they all want to come to church although they couldn't this week because it was raining like crazy sunday.
