Hey everyone! I've officially hit 2 years and only got 1 week left, so this will be my last Email. It's been a crazy fun 2 years, full of joy, happiness, sadness, hardships and a ton of learning. I stayed in Majayjay for my last cycle and its been a blast. My companion is Elder Yadao, he just hit a year and is a dawg. We've just been grinding and having fun while doing it. I've been training him to be a District Leader. Nothing crazy has been happening in the work, I had my last Zone Confrence last week, last interview with President, just a ton of lasts... but 2 weeks ago was one of the best days in my mission. I got to go to the Alabang Temple! My first time inside a Temple since November 2024. Was a surreal experience to be back inside the Lords house. I testify that it's the house of the Lord!! As of today I have 8 days left, which is crazy. Has been the best 2 years of and for my life. I can wholeheartedly testify that Jesus Lives! He is my Redeemer & Best...

Hey everyone! Here's a little life update. Sorry for the inconsistent emails... but at least you get them hehe Since the last time I wrote, I transferred out of Buenavista. After 3 cycles there, the Lord had different plans for me. I got transfered to Majayjay Laguna. Our mission also split. Majayjay is the coldest place in our mission, a average of low 80's. My Companion was Elder Beler, but that first Saturday there was an Emergency Transfer and then my Companion became Elder Pisae. A 27 year old kid from Papua New Guinea. We are actually batch in, but he's going home this cycle due to health problems.  Brother James Mathew Encallado also got baptized. Majayjay was a great time. Elder Pisae made it 10x better. He's a walking box of Joy. We had a great time together, working with the members and grinding in Majayjay. We also had Zone Confrence. We took 2nd in Kahoot... Last cycle I was a Temple Prep teacher, now this cycle I've found myself teaching YSA. It's ...

Yo whats up everyone! How's yall doin? Sorry its been a long time again... I've been having a great time in the service of the Lord recently. Been seeing the miricales and the Lord's hand in our everyday work. Since my last Email we've had a transfer. I didn't transfer... I'm still in Buenavista for the 3rd cycle now. I'm running it back with one of my favorite comps, Elder Anderson. We were comps back in September in Calamba and now are comps again. Since this is my 3rd cycle in this area and I only have 3 months left, I've been taking a look back on how the Lord has blessed my life. Something I've become more grateful for each day is nature. God really is beautiful with His creations. I've been learning to slow down and enjoy the little things in life.  This is the Scholls last cycle before they go home which has been kinda sad... Our mission also splits this next cycle and I got the news that im staying in San Pablo Mission. A little miracle ...

Whats up everyone! Im still alive! Sorry for not writing an email for a while, been a little busy/lazy. February 2nd was my last email.... its April.  I got Transferred and am no longer in Gumaca. I got transfered back to Marinduque. The little island in our mission. My very first area was here in Boac and now I'm in Buenavista. My first cycle Buenavista had just opened up as an area and its been a group for 19 months now. This is actually my 2nd cycle here as well. When we got here, our mission President, President Scholl gave us very clear and direct instructions. "Find men, Build the Church." That was it.... he wants it to become a Branch before he leaves. So thats what we did. We bought every man a white polo shirt and a neck tie, taught them how to bless and pass the Sacrament, We taught Elders Quarm class preparing them to receive the Melchizedek. Taught New Members how to use Gospel Libary, made them LDS accounts, recommended callings for members, taught them thei...

Sorry mom... Hey yall, finally decided to write another email. It's been like 8 weeks or something like that.... Since my last Email, I had to say goodbye to Elder Castillo. We had transfers and he left me. He taught me so much though, especially how to be a better teacher! Elder Eggett!! Got a new companion! He's cousins with my brother's wife. Small world. We've been having a blast together. I've stayed for a 3rd cycle here in Gumaca. Our 2nd week together we had a trip to manila becuase the goverment wanted to check our VISA's. Got to see the temple. Cant wait to go inside again some day... We also had MLC, I got to see the batch and all the friends. We are currently working with the Llaguno family to try and get them baptized and married so please keep them in your prayers. Top left picture is them.  Besides that life has been going great. I just hit 17 months, which is weird  SPIRITUAL THOUGHT: The Lord works from the inside out. The world works from the o...

Hey Everyone... its official been a month since I've sent an Email hahaha. Officially December and it's now 15 Months as a Missionary! Hopefully this Email makes up for the last month. Been a fun filled month tbh. Full of miricales and blessings everyday. Since my last Email a new cycle has started, I got a new Companion, and we've had MLC. My last 2 weeks with Elder Haymore was a blast. We just put our head down and worked, helped all our friends build faith and get to church. Also had MLC with all the DLs. Also said goodbye to a close friend Elder Pogai, ended his 2 years. Our last sunday together we ended with the Baptism of Sister Marilyn Domanais. We had Transfer call on the 23rd and for the first time since March I didn't get Transferred!! I get to stay in this wonderful area of Gumaca for 6 more weeks. Felt so nice not having to pack everything again. I also cooked adobo for the Elders while we watched the call. I did get a new Companion, Elder Castillo. He's...

Hey everyone! Im still alive. Feels like forever ago since I've sent a email. A long 2 weeks I guess. A ton of stuff has actually happened, been a great time.  We finally were able to take the Sacrament last week. My spirit was feeling weak with 2 weeks of no Sacrament. Also got to go on Exchanges with our DL in his area Malinao. One of the most if not Prettiest areas in the whole mission. I went with Elder Ellorin. We taught a whole bunch of Nanay's all day, super fun time. Great Elder. He tried to teach me how to cook chicken adobo, he ended up having to do it all haha. Also Halloween happened. They celebrate the day of the dead here so everyone was drunk, talking to their loved one's. This week, Basically the whole Philippines got hit by a Typhoon. It didn't hit us very bad but we did have to evacuate to Lucena which is about 3 hours from Gumaca. We had a meeting with President and the Ap's Friday telling us to pack and be ready to evacuate. Saturday before the ...

Lopez is Crazy! Whats up everyone! How's it going? Hope its well. Been a pretty eventful 2 weeks here in Lopez.    Last week was the start of the Cycle. I'm now in my 8th area in 13 months. Been around basically the whole mission. Gumaca the area im in is amazing. We only had 2 whole days of work in our area last week with transfers and MLC so we just went around and got to know our teaching pool and did some finding.   As we were finding this Grandma came up to us and said she wanted to be taught with her family. They reffered themselves it was awesome. We also came into this area with another family referral from a member. Started the cycle off strong until we got hit by a typhoon and church got cancelled.    This week was way fun. Got to go on Exchanges with Elder Kaiser and Elder Moleli. Elder Kaiser was my Zone Leader my 4th cycle so its weird being his Zone Leader, but we are close so it's awesome. We had a great time, he's really good at teaching an...

Which was crazy to both of us becuase about 7 months we were both in Lucena together. It was a fun last week together. We had Lipa Zone Conference on Tuesday, finally finished with travelling this cycle. We didnt get a lot of work in our area this week becuase we also had exchanges on Friday. Did half the day in our dls area then came back to Los Baños for our baptism interview. The Caintic Family got baptized on sunday. It was fun to see their growth this cycle, they've been on date for about 6 months now.  Elder Apanitan left me last monday and I temporary transferred area's for a week.  Hey everyone! Sorry forgot to write this last week... but the last 3 weeks have been a great time. It also flew by.     Soo 3 weeks ago was a good week. I was kinda sick at the start of the week, spent some hours on the toilet, but it all came out eventually. On the 10th we had cycle Interviews with Pres. I asked for some advice and he told me, "Don't Hide Your Potential."      Some wise words from a wise man. Discovering our potential is key to unlocking our path forward. I came to that realisation this week. It's not always easy, as self-doubt and insecurity can block our way as satan doesn'twant that for us, but once we notice it and put effort into it, it's exciting to see where our newfound understanding will take us.      Since the start of this cycle with Elder Apanitan, I've been super excited to be his companion, because his perspective on missionary work is incredible. One of the smartest missionaries in our mission.     ...

Hope yall are having fun with School haha. Anyways its been a fun time here in Calamba. These last 2 p-days were went to a massive mall here and went ice skating & bowling. I don't remember the last time I went ice skating but I still got it. Also bowled a 133 if anyone was wondering. We also had Zone Conference this week. The last 2 weeks have been a great time. The work here in Calamba is amazing becuase of the members. The members here are so willing to help and Fellowship with us. They just make the work so much easier and way more fun. Recently has just been a ton of work, putting the head down and grinding out. A little miracle I want to share is this family.  The Hunos Family  Being apart of this Familes journey has been life changing. From first meeting them to helping them be baptized. ...

Yoo, what up guys!! Hope you had an amazing 2 weeks. Elder Anderson and I have been feasting out here in Calamba. We've officially been here for 3 weeks now and have seen straight miracles. It's been a great time, Elder Anderson and I get along really well so its been lit.  2 weeks ago was really chill, finally got settled into the area and figured it out. Went out and just got to work. One of our places here in Calamba is still flooded so they got these little bridges its pretty cool. This last week Elder Anderson had an ingrown toenail so we went to the Hospital and got that fixed and the work was a little slower this week, but we still managed. We found a ton of success this week working with members and through them. Had 9 of our Friend's come to church because of it. This week should be really good. We want to extend baptism invitations to a couple of people. Hopefully they accept. That's all for now!  Love you guys! Pics.  V  https://photos.app.goo.gl/vr...

So I decided, I'm going to write a email every other week, that way its a little more exciting and interesting to read. And then I forgot to send this last week. Sorry mom...  But this one will be good. I got to go on Exchanges with the GOAT Elder Vuki, in my old area Pagbilao. It was a great time to see some old members and work with them. Elder Vuki is on his first cycle and lowkey his tagalog is better than mines. He's dumb smart. He's from New Zealand. I got this Poly curse I swear haha. (Elder Vuki) For P-Day we went on this little hike to these falls in Majayjay. It was dope. I love the Nature part of the Philippines for real. It makes me realize of God's Beautiful creation for us and how detailed everything is. Also made some cool rock cairns. (Taytay Falls) Last week was not a very good week to be honest. I woke up Tuesday with Nasal Problems, I thought it was going to be fine but just got worse. Wednesday I woke up like that again, but as the day went on my th...

Sorry mom I forgot to send an email last week. Don't hurt me please. 😁 Anyways.. what's up yall, hope you had a fun 4th  of July. Miss yall tons, but also currently really falling in love with this work, and the Philippines . This is a great place for real. Just a quick update the last 2 weeks. Last week we had Zone Conference and Cycle Interviews with President and Sister Scholl. It was a great Zone Conference, everything President Scholl said was so missionary focused and spirit Lead. And saw all the friends again. (Zone Con) Elder Millett and I have been focusing a lot on Part-Member Families as instructed by President Scholl. We've been finding a ton of success, it's so beautiful seeing Part-Member Families coming back to church as a whole family wanting to get their kids baptized and stay active. Filling pews haha. (Part-Members) Other than that its been great. This cycle, definitely has been my hardest working cycle so far and it's paying off. The Lord is 1...

What up fam and friend's! Hope yall having a great summer. It's been summer here ever since I've been here. I didn't have time to write last week so I'll hit some of last week too. Happy Fathers day Dad! Happy Birthday Soph! Love yall. We had a lot of great teachings with our Friend's. We found a lot of part-member families this week and put a lot of people on date. (Acabal Fam) With week was fun. My Companion is really smart. It's been way fun being able to learn from him on how to be a better missionary. This week was just a bunch of work too. We had to go to the Hospital this week for Elder Millett becuase he has a bad cough, but he's all good. (@ Hospital) We've been seeing a ton of success so far this cycle which is dope. This area isn't the best but it's great to see people change and come unto christ! Love yall! Have a great week! Pics V https://photos.app.goo.gl/vrbh71nvxgyzHjeB9

Yung kasama ko sa mtc, bahala ka haha. Maging tumataba ka daw. Hindi sya joke. Yo Fam and Friend's! This Email is probably going to be a little short but I'll try haha. It was a great week fr.  Let's just get this out of the way. I transferred again. I'm back in Lucena East in Lucena City this time. We transferred today so not a lot happened. Our bus did break down half way through our travel but we figured it out and made it here. My Companion is Elder Millet he's from Cali and he's about to go home next cycle. (Broken Bus) It was a fun last week in Lipa, I also got the opportunity at some dinner appointments to get to know the members more before I left.  (Fantony Family) Also learned a lot this cycle. Felt like I got a lot closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ this cycle. Something crazy happens when you have to just go out and do stuff and just trust fully in the Lord. It was a crazy fun cycle and am excited for this one. (Much love son) Love yall...
